Perfectly fine just doesn\u2019t really have an identity to make it memorable or interesting. This very much follows the Dr Lamb and Untold Story template of goofy cop comedy crossed with a dark crime thriller but this isn\u2019t nearly as successful as either of those, mainly due to the lesser cast. I will say it was better directed than I expected for a dtv HK film, I believe it was my first one! If you want a Cat III film along these lines, just watch The Rapist instead.<\/p>\n

Also, since this is from Danny Lee\u2019s production company and stars the man himself of course we get A LOT of police brutality. Oh Danny, you\u2019re so predictable at this point! ….Review by PenguinBoss<\/p>\n
